Andrew has a background in residential property development, corporate finance and is a qualified accountant. He read Civil Engineering at Imperial College. He was a main board director of Willmott Dixon, one of the largest privately-owned contractors in the UK. In 2009, he prepared a strategy and gained approval to create a residential development business for Willmott Dixon. As CEO, over the following 9 years, he assembled a great team delivering a range of residential property. A 70% stake in the development business was sold to EcoWorld, a Malaysian residential developer, in March 2018. Andrew left the business in June 2018 and is now passionate about leaving a legacy for the village through Lingfield Gardens. He is a keen cyclist and rides with Oxted Cycling Club.
James also cares about Lingfield having grown up in the village. He attended Lingfield Primary School and Lingfield College. James is a 3rd year student reading architecture at Bath University where the course is now ranked No. 1 in the UK. His architectural placements have included spells at World-leading architects such as Farrells and Broadway Malyan. James worked with Broadway Malyan in preparing the designs for Lingfield Gardens and is incredibly excited about the prospect of delivering our vision. He volunteered at Orchard Court Care Home for several years and gained a Gold Duke of Edinburgh award.
